Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Future Light, a street light pole manufacturing and service provider located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Future Light provides supply, installation, maintenance, repair, and consultation services related to street light poles and lighting systems. Additional services may require separate agreements.

2. Pricing & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change based on material costs, project requirements, or customer-requested modifications. VAT will be applied as per Saudi law.

3. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment required to begin work.
  • Remaining amount payable at project completion or as agreed.
  • Delays in payment may pause work or delivery.

4. Material & Service Warranty

Materials are covered under manufacturer warranty (where applicable). Future Light provides 30-day service warranty for installations. Warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling, weather events, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimated and may change due to weather, government permissions, material delays, or customer-side issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide site access for installation and inspection.
  • Ensure all necessary location approvals and permits.
  • Provide accurate project information and connectivity points.

7. Liability Limitations

Future Light is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or third-party damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations after material purchase will include deduction of material cost.
  • Cancellations after work begins are non-refundable.
  • Future Light may cancel service due to unsafe conditions or non-payment.

9. Compliance

All work follows Saudi safety and electrical standards. Customers must ensure the site meets safety requirements before work begins.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled under Riyadh jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

Future Light may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
